How you'll make an impact as a Learning Governance & Partnerships Lead** + Building a clear global learning governance framework that enables consistent, timely decisions across businesses and markets. + Improving efficiency, quality and investment value by leveraging opportunities in global learning demand and external spend across all learning portfolios and markets. + Strengthening supplier performance through shared specifications, quality standards and disciplined performance reviews. + Leading change, communication and adoption so the general learning operating model becomes embedded in everyday ways of working. + Strong governance expertise and the ability to turn decision rights,
