Experteer Overview In this role you will lead technical and commercial due diligence for energy storage, solar and hybrid portfolios, supporting financing, Muamp;A and development activities across EMEA.

You will integrate input from multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality advisory reports and mentor colleagues while helping grow the Renewables Advisory practice.

The position combines client-facing delivery with technical rigor to evaluate risk, performance and bankability for complex projects.

You will work with developers, investors and lenders to shape investment decisions and project execution.

Compensaciones / Beneficios • Lead and deliver complex due diligence projects across storage, solar u storage and hybrid portfolios • Review contracts, financial models and technical documentation to support financing and transactions • Prepare tailored proposals aligned with client needs and market standards • Build strong client relationships and act as a primary project contact • Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development • Engage directly with clients, lenders and developers, presenting technical results and managing comments • Travel occasional up to 15% for client meetings and industry events • Support business development activities,



including proposal preparation and client engagement • Contribute to continuous improvement of internal tools, templates, and methodologies for due diligence and advisory services Responsabilidades • Bachelor's degree in Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in energy storage in a technical advisory, developer or lender environment • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and performing contract and financial model reviews for energy infrastructure projects • Strong understanding of project finance concepts, risk assessment, and bankability considerations • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of how technical and contractual factors influence project economics • Proven client-facing delivery experience and comfort interacting with senior stakeholders • Ability and willingness to mentor junior staff and share expertise across the organization • Familiarity with European market, regulatory and policy frameworks related to energy storage • Fluent English; additional local language relevant to country of application expected Requisitos principales • annual bonus • annual paid leave • ULS University • two volunteering days per year • versátil working arrangements
