OverviewAs the Service Delivery Manager, you will own the end-to-end operational delivery and governance for a portfolio of recurring services.

You will partner with Customer Success, Account Management, and delivery teams to ensure high-quality service, transparent performance, and proactive risk management.

You'll help customers adopt scalable, outcome-focused services under Success4U, shaping how value is delivered.

ResponsabilidadesOwn the operational service relationship for assigned customers and act as the primary delivery contact

Ensure recurring services meet scope, SLAs, KPIs and commitments with clear performance visibility

Lead service governance and reviews, communicating performance, risks, and improvement actions

Monitor service performance, satisfaction, consumption, and signals to drive continuous improvement

Identify, escalate and manage delivery and retention risks with cross-functional stakeholders

Collaborate with Delivery, Support, Cloud Operations, Customer Success, Product, Consulting and Account Management

Maintain oversight of service scope, consumption, milestones, and risk reporting

Connect service delivery with customer outcomes to support value, adoption and Success4U conversations

Identify gaps and growth opportunities from customer interactions and reviews for qualification and follow-up

Maintain accurate governance records and reporting in the appropriate systems





Coordinate service delivery across internal teams with clear ownership and handovers

Support retention and renewal readiness by providing operational evidence to Customer Success and Account Management

Maintain commercial awareness of scope, consumption, and delivery risks to support forecasting and margin awareness

Support compliance with contractual commitments and governance requirements

Drive continuous improvement using data and feedback to enhance recurring services and delivery practices

Share knowledge and best practices across Recurring Services to improve consistency and experience

Requisitos principalesBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

5+ years in Service Delivery, Customer Success, Managed Services, Consulting, or Enterprise Software

Proven ability to manage strategic customer relationships and executive stakeholders

Strong understanding of SaaS, Cloud, Managed Services, and recurring revenue models

Experience managing multiple customer engagements simultaneously

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills

Fluent in Swedish and English with strong written and spoken skills

Commercial awareness with renewals, contracts, service consumption, and revenue retention

Ability to identify and manage customer, delivery, and commercial risks

Experience working across Sales, Support, Product, Consulting, and Delivery teams

Proven track record of managing escalations and driving successful outcomes

Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills

Experience with ERP, enterprise software, or cloud applications preferred
