Representative (Slovenian) Location: On-site in Barcelona Employment Type: Full-time (38.5h/week) with a Temporary Contract Join our dynamic team in Barcelona as a Customer Service Representative for a prestigious travel company! If you're passionate about delivering top-notch customer service and love working in a multicultural environment, this is the role for you.

What Youll Do: Engage with international travelers and accommodation suppliers, understanding and addressing their needs with the highest level of service. Handle inquiries related to services, payments, and technical requirements via email and phone.

What Were Looking For: Languages: Slovenian (C2) and advanced English.

Skills:



Strong communication, interpersonal abilities, and PC proficiency (Office 365, CRM Database). Prior customer service or contact center experience is valued. Ability to work on-site and remotely (within 100km of the office).
