Job Responsibilities:

1. Technical Solution and Project Support for the Southern European Market

- Provide full-cycle technical support for energy storage projects in Southern Europe, from initial demand consultation and system solution design to delivery and commissioning, ensuring compliance with local grid codes and customer requirements.
- Conduct in-depth research on power policies and grid connection regulations in key Southern European markets (e.g., Spain, Portugal, Italy), and develop customized energy storage inverter system solutions for different project types (C&I;, utility-scale).
- Maintain a solid understanding of the Southern European market, including regional energy structure characteristics, electricity market business logic, and customer decision-making practices.

1. Customer Technical Liaison

- Serve as the technical point of contact for Southern European customers, handling grid-connection certification, technical Q&A;,



and the formulation of technical clauses in commercial negotiations.
- Follow up on key customer projects, coordinate internal R&D;, sales, and after-sales resources, and drive project solution confirmation, certification applications, and submission of grid-connection documentation.
- Act as the technical lead for delivery, commissioning, and on-site technical support in the Southern European region.

1. Product Certification and Technical Documentation

- Drive product certification efforts for the Southern European market, follow up on certification audits and provide OEM label certification materials to customers, ensuring compliant market entry.
- Lead or improve technical documentation for the Southern European market, including grid-connection documents, test reports, product catalogs (Spanish/English versions), datasheets, user manuals, and pre-sales technical materials.

1. Market Research and Product Feedback

- Collect intelligence on the Southern European energy storage market (competitor activities, pricing strategies, policy changes, grid technical requirements, etc.) to inform product strategy and R&D; direction.
- Based on customer and market feedback, propose product improvement suggestions and new feature requirements, driving continuous optimization of energy storage inverter products for Southern Europe.

1. Technical Training and Brand Promotion

- Deliver product technical training to Southern European customers, partners,



and internal sales teams to enhance market awareness and application capabilities.
- Participate in industry exhibitions and seminars in Southern Europe, deliver technical presentations and exchanges, and enhance the company's brand visibility and influence in the region.

Job Requirements:

1. Language and Communication Skills

- Proficiency in Spanish as a working language, fluent in English, with excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, and a good understanding of Southern European business culture and communication practices.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, capable of translating complex energy storage system technical issues into customer-friendly language and driving consensus through professional communication.

1. Project Management Ability

- Possess a full-cycle project management mindset, capable of independently leading technical support for Southern European projects from initiation to delivery, with sound planning of milestones and coordination of internal and external resources to ensure timely progress.
- Skilled at breaking down complex projects (e.g., utility-scale and C&I; energy storage) into executable technical modules, while simultaneously coordinating R&D;, sales, after-sales, and customer stakeholders.

1. Problem-Solving and Coordination Skills

- Demonstrate both flexibility and rigor in independently handling on-site technical issues (e.g., grid compatibility, equipment selection, certification compliance).
- Proactively coordinate resources and facilitate cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration when tackling technical challenges, and adeptly distill resolution experiences into standardized processes.
