Submit concise written feedback for every evaluation.

Workindependentlyto meet deadlines while maintaining confidentiality under NDA.





Qualifications Must-HavePrimarily law-firm experience- at least2 years (3+ preferred)incorporate/M&A; or transactionalpractice.

Qualified to practise in Spain, with strong command of Spanish corporate and commercial law.

Native or fluentSpanish, with precise written communication.
