MISSION DETAILS

Design, lead and drive store strategyto achieve the best sales performance, by understanding client desires andcreating a hand-crafted 360°

experience for the client

Actively engage in wider community and seek inspiration from other industries to form a cohesive team focused oncreating an energetic, exciting, innovative and approachable environment

Role modelbest in class sales and self leadership by playing an active role within the team, and also take action to solve problems with positive outcomes

Coach the growth and development of the teamin providing excellent and specialized customer service to develop meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives as well as to ensure the application of Ferragamo standards (Selling Ceremony, Visual guidelines, Grooming standards, procedures etc)

Conduct regular reviews with the team including department managers to increase team performance andfurther develop their skills

Build and maintain relationships with fellow advisors byinstilling a sense of belonging and a positive, forward-thinking mindset

Keep momentum going towards long-term strategy despite short-term pressures while developing strategic plans toachieve long-term store and organizational goals

Languages: Proficiency in Spanish and English, more languages will be advantageous.
