OverviewAs a Supply Chain and Quality Manager at Airbus in Getafe, you will oversee supplier activities and contract execution to ensure quality and on-time deliveries for satellite payload equipment.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams and lead milestone reviews, deviations, and non-conformities to safeguard program objectives.

In development phases, you'll advise on industrial and manufacturing needs to secure qualification maturity before serial production.

You drive supplier performance and risk assessment to support sustainable growth and compliance.

ResponsabilidadesAct as main liaison with suppliers for operational activities and contract management

Ensure quality and on-time deliveries by managing milestones and deliverables with stakeholders

Oversee supplier management and contract execution, leading progress meetings and gate reviews

Support development/new product introductions by advising on industrial and manufacturing needs





Control supplier activities and maintain understanding of supplier scope and status

Manage product assurance aspects with suppliers (non-conformities, waivers, deviations)

Assess supplier capacity, capability and performance; initiate supplier improvement projects

Participate in supplier assessment during tendering and influence selection decisions

Uphold AIRBUS values and ethics in supplier relationships

Travel to accommodate business needs (up to 1–2 trips per month)

Requisitos principalesEngineering degree in Electronic, Space/Aerospace or similar

Experience in supply chain, quality, project management or engineering

Strong communication and negotiation skills

High organizational and motivational skills

Knowledge of Space Systems, satellite electronics, radar/RF payload and/or manufacturing of payload equipment is a plus

Business fluent in English; French/German/Spanish a plus
