What you will do ??

Manage the complete learning process related actions and tasks in Workday and according to the project learning plan

Support in translation review process activities with internal and external stakeholders

Review accurate and insightful HR data in Workday

Support internal communication and managing schedules

Collaborate with the local HR team

Other activities related to Trainers' needs if necessary

What you need to have ?





Bachelor degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Employment Relations, Psychology, Administration,

mandatory to sign an agreement with University

.

Fluent English level

Medium MS Office skills

No previous experience needed

What you will bring ?

Understanding of basic HR processes / standards

Basic understanding of local employment laws and governance

Effectively uses fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of particular area of training and learning partner responsibilities

Good communication skills and team player

Tasks and Qualifications

Part time contract within the University (Prácticas Curriculares / Extracurriculares)

Estimated duration of 6 months and can potentially be extended.
