Our client is based in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne This service provides a thriving environment where children can explore, learn & play through their unique learning programs.We are seeking an experienced Team Leader of EARLY YEARS who brings a high standard towards Early Childhood, a progressive perspective & someone who can invigorate & inspire a team of Early Childhood professionals.This is a temporary role working Full Time (hours days flexible),



starting ASAP.Your responsibilities:Working in partnership with children, families & the wider communityLead and support the professional development of the Educators and Teachers, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.Always ensure the safety and well-being of all children, following all policies and procedures.Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations.Foster a positive and inclusive culture that promotes teamwork and respect for diversityThe Requirements:ACECQA approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education or a related field.WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, Police CheckDeveloped interpersonal skills to engage and work with a diverse range of stakeholders.
