IT Infrastructure & Support Manager / Technical Project Manager

Toledo, Spain (100% Onsite)

Initial 6-Month Contract | Likely Extension

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure & Support Manager to lead local IT operations at our Toledo site.

The successful candidate will manage support and infrastructure teams, oversee daily IT service delivery, coordinate priorities, and act as the key liaison between the local operation and the central IT team in France.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a local team of 6 IT professionals (4 Support Engineers and 2 Infrastructure Engineers)

Coordinate and prioritize daily support and infrastructure activities

Provide technical and operational leadership for IT service delivery

Manage incident, problem, and escalation processes

Monitor team performance and ensure service levels are achieved

Act as the primary point of contact between the Toledo site and the French IT organisation

Support decision-making, issue resolution, and operational governance

Oversee local IT infrastructure operations including networking, switching, and firewall environments

Manage end-user support services covering retail applications, checkouts, POS systems, and WiFi kiosks

Drive progress on local technical projects and operational improvements

Participate in weekend on-call support rotations when required

Report operational status, risks, and priorities to senior stakeholders

Experience

Proven experience leading IT Support and Infrastructure teams

Strong background in IT Operations, Service Delivery, or Infrastructure Management

Experience managing support environments with high ticket volumes

Good understanding of enterprise networking, switching, and firewall technologies

Experience coordinating technical teams and third-party providers

Ability to prioritize workloads and manage multiple concurrent issues

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience working within an international organisation
