OverviewAs a Human Factors Test Engineer within the Integration Test & Analysis Team at the Flight & Integration Test Centre, you will advance avionics and mission-systems evaluation across simulators, ground rigs, and flight campaigns.

You will plan and execute HF test campaigns, align with V&V; strategies, and support certification activities.

Your work enables robust, safety-focused testing across platforms like A330 MRTT, A400M, C295, Eurodrone, and FCAS/NGF, with cross-functional collaboration and international travel.

ResponsabilidadesPlan and execute Human Factors test campaigns across simulators, rigs, and flight tests

Coordinate cross-program Verification & Validation strategies and milestones

Support flight testing by preparing orders, monitoring telemetry, and data reduction

Draft Certification Cards, test plans, and Qualification/Certification Test Reports with Design Offices and Authorities

Analyze system limitations,



author snag reports, and justify design changes

Enhance data analysis workflows and test methodologies from a Human Factors/ergonomics perspective across programs

Requisitos principalesAt least 5 years of experience in Human Factors testing within systems integration environments (simulators, rigs, or aircraft)

Strong understanding of Workload, Situational Awareness, HMI, Usability, Ergonomics

Experience with test scales (NASA TLX, Bedford, ISA) and certification processes (COHDA, FAHDA)

Advanced English and Spanish; willingness to travel domestically and internationally to test sites

High adaptability in multidisciplinary environments

Proactive problem-solving mindset

Strong coordination abilities

Core Human Factors concepts (workload, situational awareness, HMI, usability, ergonomics)

HF testing in simulators and real aircraft environments

Experience with HF data analysis and workflow optimization
