OverviewAs Turnaround Planning Engineer in Corbion's Manufacturing Operations, you will lead the planning, coordination and monitoring of plant turnarounds to minimize downtime and maintain high quality.

You'll work with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Production Planning and contractors to deliver safe, efficient maintenance programs.

You will shape forward-looking plans, supervise critical paths, and support continuous improvement in reliability.

This role blends operational discipline with cross-functional collaboration to safeguard production and sustainability goals.

ResponsabilidadesScheduler: assess plant status each morning, escalate maintenance emergencies, and coordinate with day/shift teams; align with Production Planning to leverage shutdowns; optimize crane usage with Engineering; prepare and hand over daily schedules; lead weekly planning meetings.

Turnaround Coordination: lead cross-functional planning/engineering/maintenance/operations reviews; provide four-week outlooks; drive turnarounds eight weeks out with Last Planner and critical path focus; conduct daily safety and progress meetings.





Other Responsibilities: represent Engineering/Maintenance in department meetings; drive Rapid Deployment projects.

Requisitos principalesBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field

Minimum 5 years'

experience in turnaround planning, shutdown management, maintenance planning or project engineering in a process environment

Experience in chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food ingredients, energy or similar industrial production environments

Strong knowledge of maintenance planning, scheduling and resource coordination

Experience managing contractors and multidisciplinary project teams

Familiarity with inspection methodologies, NDT, QA/QC processes

Knowledge of flange management and leak prevention practices (desirable)

Strong analytical, organizational and stakeholder management skills

Professional proficiency in English analytical thinking organizational skills stakeholder management maintenance planning scheduling resource coordination
