The role is primarily client facing:



working directly with stakeholders to shape and improve their vulnerability management processes and translate them into ServiceNow.Key skills and Experience required4+ years' hands-on ServiceNow delivery experience at a senior levelStrong expertise in ServiceNow Vulnerability Response, ideally including OT Security Operations / OT Vulnerability ResponseBackground as a ServiceNow Business xqbhyrx Process Consultant (preferred over a pure solution architecture profile)Extensive client-facing experience: running workshops, gathering requirements and advising stakeholdersAble to work independently and deliver within a 10 hours per week commitmentFluent English
