As a Workday Functional Specialist, you'll work closely with the Workday Product Owner and international colleagues tomanage enhancements, roll out new functionalities, and optimise existing modules.

You'll also collaborate with an implementation partner and act as a key Workday contact for Spain,



ensuring smooth communication between local stakeholders and the wider global HRIS team.

The position offers a competitivesalary of up to €65,000, plus benefits and a hybrid working model.

Requirements

Strong functional and configuration experience in Workday

Background inWorkday HCM Core, Time Tracking, Absence, or Reportingis desirable, though experience in other modules will also be valued

Knowledge ofWorkday Securitywould be advantageous

Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills; comfortable working both autonomously and within a global team

Based inMadrid, available for a hybrid work arrangement (approximately four days in the office)

Fluency inEnglishrequired
