DO & CO is seeking a Senior Sous Chef for its VIP lounges at Madrid-Barajas Airport. You will lead the kitchen team, oversee service readiness, and ensure the highest standards of quality and presentation in a premium, international environment. The role requires more than 5 years in premium hospitality, C1 English, and strong leadership. You will train staff, optimize workflows, ensure HACCP compliance, and contribute to a luxury guest experience in our VIP airport lounges.
