* Lead and manage Project Engineering Manager (PrEM) and Design to Cost (DtC) activities across projects and tenders
* Ensure delivery of Quality, Cost and Delivery (QCD) commitments
* Oversee deployment of Alstom engineering processes, standards and QMS
* Support PrEM teams in issue resolution and priority definition
* Manage team capacity, skills development and resource allocation
* Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices with Central Engineering
* Drive the Design to Cost approach and team development What you bring
* Proven experience in train engineering
* 5+ years of experience managing teams
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Customer-focused mindset
* Structured, organized, hands‐on approach
