That’s why we need an Organizational Development Project Manager like you. The Project Manager is responsible for leading strategic initiatives related to organizational design, process optimization, and data management. This role oversees key projects that impact organizational structure and efficiency, ensuring that analyses and reports deliver actionable value to the business. Strategic Project Management Define, plan, and lead key projects related to the company transformation, process improvement, or efficiency analysis. Monitor project progress and ensure the achievement of established KPIs. Act as a liaison between HR and other functional areas involved in the projects.



Prepare executive-level reports with detailed analyses and actionable recommendations. Act as an advisor to senior management on labor market trends and their impact on organizational strategy. Team Management Oversee and manage the team, ensuring clear role definitions and task assignments. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment by providing regular feedback and development opportunities. Monitor team performance and ensure alignment with project goals and organizational priorities. Required: Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, HR, or related field. 5+ years of experience in Organizational Development, or related areas, ideally within a global matrix environment. Proficient level in English Skills: Strong conceptual and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to connect strategic objectives to organization and people implications. Hybrid Model Flexible schedule: Monday-Thursday 7-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h (with the same flexible start time).
