Overview

In this role you lead a project team in Spain to deliver high-profile industrial projects, ensuring client objectives and Turner & Townsend standards are met. You shape development strategy with the Client and Project Director and manage governance, cost, and schedule throughout the lifecycle. You act as the primary client contact and coordinate with stakeholders to drive successful delivery. This is a hands-on, client-facing role with opportunities to influence project outcomes in a integral professional services firm.

Responsabilidades
- Lead the project team daily and coordinate all activities
- Achieve client objectives and delivery standards
- Define project development strategy with Client and Project Director
- Implement project-specific procedures for successful delivery
- Serve as primary client contact and communicate progress and developments
- Establish and manage communication with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with Quality Management System throughout the lifecycle
- Define/monitor the project cost plan and schedule




- Define and implement the project governance strategy
- Prepare and maintain the project risk register
- Propose and support procurement and contracting strategy
- Manage project document management and filing structure
- Prepare and issue Monthly Project Status Reports
- Coordinate information for final contractor evaluation and performance assessment

Requisitos principales
- Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
- ≈5 years of Project Management experience in construction, preferably in the Spanish market
- Strong understanding of full project lifecycle from inception to post-project review
- Excellent knowledge of PM concepts, tools and techniques
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, MS Project, office productivity tools, and BIM platforms
- Strong stakeholder management and teamwork
- Highly motivated with client delivery focus
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Willingness to travel occasionally to project locations
