Looking for a rewarding nursing role that offers flexibility, autonomy and the opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of older Australians?

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to cover a busy roster between 25/11/26 to 13/1/27 supporting clients to remain independent, safe and well in their own homes.

Working across the community, you'll deliver holistic clinical care, health assessments, care coordination and education while collaborating with clients, families, GPs and allied health professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes.

- RN rates: $45.70- $59.29 per hour (dependent on qualifications and experience)

- Travel allowance of $1.05 per kilometre





- Guaranteed hours each week between 25/11 - 13/1

Key Responsibilities

-

- Clinical and health assessments

- Care planning and care coordination

- Medication management and basic wound care

- Post-hospital and wellbeing reviews

- Falls, continence and health risk assessments

- Liaising with GPs, specialists, allied health and families xqbhyrx

- Clinical documentation and reporting

About You

-

- Current AHPRA registration as an RN

- Previous community nursing experience

- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills

- Knowledge of Home Care Packages and the aged care sector

- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle

- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
