What You’ll Do

- Define coaches' positioning, messaging and content strategy
- Produce organic and paid content across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
- Optimise content for engagement, conversion and app installs using performance data
- Spot emerging trends,



formats and narratives that make coaches stand out

What We’re Looking For
- 3–6+ years in social media marketing, creator marketing or content strategy
- Experience working with creators, influencers or coaches
- Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok and short-form video

- Fitness or wellness experience is a strong plus
