What do we value?

Minimum 3 years of experience in backend development:

- Java 21 or higher.
- Proficiency in Spring ecosystem frameworks: Spring Boot, Spring Data.
- Hexagonal Architecture, Microservices Architecture.
- Experience designing APIs with an API First approach (OpenAPI / Swagger).
- Design patterns, SOLID principles and Clean Code, and Domain Driven Design (DDD) and TDD principles.
- Apache Kafka and messaging systems like ActiveMQ.
- Event-driven architectures and Queue management, partitioning, consumption, retries, etc.
- Relational databases (MariaDB or others) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
- Query optimization, Use of advanced functions (indexes, scalar functions, tuning) and Data modeling.
- OpenShift / Kubernetes, Continuous Integration and Delivery Pipelines (CI/CD),



Tools like GitHub and Spinnaker.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools: Grafana and Dynatrace.
- Unit tests and Integration tests.
- IA technical approach in development.
- Use of AI throughout the product lifecycle (development → deployment).
- Use of SDD methodology (Spec Driven Development).
