We are currently offering a Event Communications Specialist position SciY. SciY , a vendor‑agnostic Bruker business unit, provides open platforms and software solutions for the life science sector - supporting research, development, and manufacturing. Our solutions connect laboratory instruments, automation systems, and scientific data into one digital ecosystem, helping organizations streamline workflows and accelerate their digital transformation. The business unit was created through the acquisition of leading independent software companies. Plan and manage end-to-end event communications for trade shows, industry conferences, and sponsorships across European and general markets. Negotiate and manage sponsorship contracts, booth agreements, and vendor relationships for events such as Lab of the Future, Future Labs Live, and BPI Europe. Coordinate pre-event, on-site,



and post-event communications to internal stakeholders, sales teams, and event participants. Align event communications with the Account-Based Experience (ABX) strategy and account target lists. Manage booth logistics including graphic design briefs, digital display upgrades, and physical booth assets. Act as primary liaison with external event organizers, venues, and third-party suppliers. Support account-based marketing activities by providing event intelligence, attendee data, and engagement tracking. Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all event materials, digital assets, and external communications. Track event performance metrics and deliver post-event reports covering attendance, sponsorship ROI, and stakeholder engagement. Guide and support travel planning and logistics for SciY representatives attending industry events. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; additional training or project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage Strong technical skills: expert in MS Office; familiarity with event management platforms (e.g., experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce Advanced proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Wrike, ClickUp, Asana) and digital collaboration platforms Highly organized and proactive, with excellent communication and time management skills Certain positions at Bruker require compliance withexport control laws and as a result, all interviewed candidates for all positions will be screened pre-interview to determine theireligibility in light of export control restrictions. #
