Overview

In this role, you will lead the Integrated Quality Systems to ensure IRIS 22163, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001 compliance and overall IMS effectiveness. You will manage a multidisciplinary team and drive continuous improvement across quality, safety, environmental, and energy domains. Your work will support regulatory compliance, customer requirements, and certification processes. You will partner with cross-functional leaders to integrate systems that reduce risk and improve performance, within a culture that prioritizes people and safety.

Responsabilidades

- Develop, implement, and manage the Integrated Management System (IMS) across quality, health, safety, environmental, and energy domains.
- Lead internal audits, plan and follow up on corrective actions across standards (IRIS 22163, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001).
- Maintain documentation and records to regulatory and customer requirements; support certification processes and surveillance audits.
- Coordinate with management and prepare inputs for Management Review and STRAP (risk, opportunities, legal changes, customer feedback).
- Oversee IRIS 22163 implementation and maintenance; ensure rail-specific quality and safety requirements are met.




- Develop and implement OSHA/ISO-based health, safety, and environmental policies; monitor objectives and performance metrics.
- Drive energy management initiatives with production and sustainability teams; establish EnPIs and pursue efficiency gains.
- Lead risk assessments, CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives; manage KPIs across QHSE and energy domains.
- Promote safety culture, incident management, emergency planning, and regulatory reporting.

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or environmental science; Master's in related field considered.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality, health and safety, environmental or energy management.
- Experience with integrated management systems and auditing (internal and external).
- Knowledge of IRIS 22163, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001 is essential.
