We are looking for a Functional Project Manager with solid experience in the insurance sector, who knows business processes and has experience managing projects and services related to core insurance platforms. We want to incorporate a person with a functional vision, management capacity and customer orientation, who can act as a link between business and technology, leading the evolution of insurance solutions and coordinating the teams involved.

? What will be your responsibilities?

- Manage functional projects and services related to core insurance platforms.
- Analyze business needs and translate them into functional solutions.
- Coordinate technical and functional teams, ensuring compliance with project objectives.
- Plan and monitor evolutionary changes, incidents and improvements.
- Maintain direct communication with clients, users and stakeholders.
- Supervise planning, costs, risks and quality of deliverables.
- Participate in the definition and validation of solutions together with development teams.
- Drive improvements in business processes, maintenance and evolution of applications.
- Ensure correct functional documentation and compliance with service commitments.

✅ What do we need?

- Consolidated experience as Project Manager,



Service Manager or Senior Functional Analyst with management responsibilities.
- Demonstrable experience in the insurance sector, especially in projects related to core insurance platforms.
- Functional knowledge of insurance products and processes: Cars, Deaths, Surety or other branches.
- Experience in managing corrective maintenance, evolutionary changes and functional improvements.
- Ability to gather requirements, analyze needs and define functional solutions.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing client relationships.
- Organizational skills, autonomy, communication and results orientation.

⭐ We will especially value

- Experience in transformation, modernization or implementation projects of insurance cores.
- Technical knowledge that facilitates communication with development: Java, SQL, APIs or Cloud.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Certifications in project management, IT services or Cloud technologies.
- High level of English to work with international teams or clients.
