Specific responsibilities will vary depending on the assigned department and location, but may include:Operational Support: Assisting with front office operations, food and beverage service, housekeeping management, and guest relations to ensure high standards of service delivery.Finance & Administration: Contributing to financial reporting, budget management, invoicing processes, and general administrative tasks.Human Resources:



Assisting with recruitment processes, employee training, talent development programs, and HR administrative duties.Project Management: Participating in specific departmental projects, conducting research, analyzing data, and preparing presentations.International Collaboration: Engaging with diverse teams and potentially contributing to projects across different international markets.While not strictly required, any previous internship or work experience in the hospitality sector or related fields will be considered a plus.What are we looking for?To be considered candidates must meet the following qualifications:Education: Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, or related disciplines, completed by the start date of the internship.Excellent command of Spanish and English (both written and spoken) is essential.Proficiency in other languages (e.g., German, French, Portuguese, Arabic) will be highly valued.Must meet all specific eligibility criteria established by ICEX for their international internship programs.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Proactive, adaptable, results-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced international environment.Willingness to relocate national or internationally for the duration of the internship program as required by Barceló Hotel Group and ICEX.Tus incentivos:Tendrás la oportunidad de trabajar en un entorno de trabajo flexible, colaborativo y responsable,
