Siemens Energy is seeking a Staff AI Agent Engineer in Spain to own AI agent products from research prototype to production. You will design, build, deploy, and monitor agents that support large-scale gas services operations and project management for multi-billion-euro installations. This is a high-autonomy team with impact across the Factory. You will work with Python/TypeScript, fine-tuning LLMs, embeddings, and production-ready services.
