About Maison Lacure

Lacure Group develops Maison Lacure, a French premium cosmetics, perfumery, and wellness house. Operating at the intersection of essences, skincare, and innovation, the brand creates a new generation of products and sensory experiences. Currently launching in France and internationally, the team brings together creative and entrepreneurial profiles who want to build a brand from the ground up.

What you will do

You will contribute to the international launch of Maison Lacure, supporting marketing, communication and business development initiatives.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Supporting digital marketing, social media and brand communication activities.

- Identifying and researching potential partners, particularly luxury hotels, spas and wellness destinations.

- Participating in B2B prospecting, partner outreach and commercial follow-up.

- Conducting market research and competitor analysis.

- Preparing marketing presentations, partnership proposals and promotional materials.

- Supporting events, brand activations and international development projects.

What we are looking for

We are looking for a motivated and internationally minded student pursuing a Master's degree or equivalent qualification (Bac+4/Bac+5) in Marketing, International Business, Communication, Luxury Brand Management or Hospitality Management.

Fluent English is essential. Spanish and French are valuable additional assets.

You have strong communication and interpersonal skills,



a genuine aptitude for sales and business development, and an interest in luxury hospitality, premium beauty and wellness.

Proactive, organised and creative, you enjoy taking initiative, working with international partners and contributing to ambitious projects.

Compensation

EUR 550–650 per month

Your first months at Maison Lacure

From your first weeks, you will be involved in the international launch of Maison Lacure, supporting marketing initiatives, digital communication and business development activities.

You will help identify and approach potential partners, particularly luxury hotels, spas and wellness destinations, while contributing to market research, commercial presentations and partnership proposals.

Working closely with Management, you will participate in the follow-up of business opportunities, marketing campaigns and international development projects, gaining practical experience in building a premium brand.
