Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and committed English-speaking assistant to join our Children’s House (ages 3–6).
- Fluent English speaker (native or near-native level).
- Passionate about early childhood education.
- Respectful, empathetic, and sensitive to children’s needs.
- Interested in Montessori education and child-centered learning.
- Collaborative and eager to be part of our educational community.
- Previous experience with young children or Montessori training is a plus.
Your role
You will support the Montessori guide in daily classroom life, accompany children in their development, and encourage natural English language acquisition through meaningful everyday interactions.
