Your Tasks

- Technical Vision & Architecture:
- Define and communicate the squad’s technical vision, architecture, and standards to
ensure long-term sustainability.
- Take ownership of technical decisions, balancing speed of delivery with stability,
scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Ensure code quality, testing, documentation, and security practices are consistently
applied.
- Monitor and optimize infrastructure costs, performance, and reliability in alignment with
organizational standards.
- Team Leadership & Mentoring:
- Lead, support, and motivate team members, fostering a high-performance and agile
environment.




- Empower developers to take ownership of their solutions and make technical decisions.
- Mentor developers, supporting their technical and professional growth, and co-lead
recruitment and onboarding of new engineers.
- Create a positive atmosphere promoting motivation, respect, and a continuous learning
culture.
- Delivery & Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner, QAs, and designers to align product vision
with technical feasibility, effort estimation, and risk management.
- Anticipate risks, dependencies, and blockers to guarantee predictable delivery
commitments.
- Get involved in the entire development process, ensuring end-to-end technical solutions with no "quick fixes".
- Communicate technical topics in a clear, structured, and actionable way to both technical
and non-technical stakeholders.

Your Profile

- Proven expertise in object-oriented software development.
- Proven experience with Cloud Platforms (Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud).
- Proficient in both Relational and NoSQL databases.
- Strong background in Testing and QA processes.
- Deep knowledge of Clean Code and Clean Architecture principles.
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing people.
- Nice to Have:
- Proficiency in .NET.
- Experience with Azure DevOps or operating on Azure/GCP.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and Kubernetes (AKS/GKE).
- Experience in mobile development (Android, iOS, React Native).
- Experience with React.
