Agregado specialises in luxury construction, high-end interiors, bespoke joinery, custom furniture and FF&E.; We combine technical expertise, specialist manufacturing and meticulous execution to deliver exceptional spaces for residential, hospitality and commercial clients in Ibiza and internationally.

We are looking for an organised, proactive Project Manager to take ownership of project delivery, coordinating teams, suppliers, procurement and technical requirements from project handover through to installation and final completion.This is an opportunity to manage high-quality, detail-driven projects and work alongside talented professionals in the luxury construction and interiors sector.

THE ROLE

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and successful delivery of projects, ensuring that work is completed to the agreed programme, budget, quality standards and client expectations.Working closely with the Commercial Manager, technical teams, manufacturers, suppliers and installation teams, you will be the main point of coordination throughout project execution.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Project Planning & Delivery

- Manage projects from contract handover through planning, procurement, production, logistics, installation and final handover.
- Establish and maintain project programmes, milestones, priorities and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate resources and activities to ensure projects progress efficiently.
- Monitor progress against agreed deadlines and take action when delays or issues arise.

Technical Coordination

- Review drawings, specifications, technical details and project documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, suppliers and internal technical teams.
- Track design approvals, samples, material selections, technical submissions and outstanding information.
- Ensure technical requirements are understood and communicated clearly before production and installation.

Procurement, Manufacturing & Logistics

- Coordinate purchasing, supplier quotations,



material availability, lead times and deliveries.
- Liaise with workshops and manufacturing partners regarding production schedules and quality requirements.
- Coordinate transport, site access, installation teams and logistics, including for international projects.
- Anticipate supply-chain risks and implement practical solutions.

Budget, Scope & Change Management

- Monitor project costs, commitments and potential budget variations.
- Identify changes in scope, additional works and potential delays.
- Work closely with the Commercial Manager to document variations, assess their commercial impact and obtain the necessary approvals.
- Escalate risks and issues early to protect project performance and client relationships.

Client Communication & Quality Control

- Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and project stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates on progress, programme, outstanding decisions and potential risks.
- Coordinate inspections, snagging, corrective works and final handover.
- Ensure completed work meets the agreed specifications and Agregado’s quality standards.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and support final project close-out.

REQUIREMENTS

- At least 5 years of experience in project management within construction, luxury interiors, fit-out, bespoke joinery or FF&E.;
- Experience coordinating contractors, suppliers, procurement, production and installation.
- Ability to understand architectural drawings, specifications, schedules and technical documentation.
- Experience managing project programmes, budgets, changes and client communications.
- Fluent Spanish and English, written and spoken.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Ibiza.

NICE TO HAVE

- Experience in luxury residential, hospitality or high-end commercial projects.
- Knowledge of bespoke joinery, custom furniture, specialist finishes and FF&E.;
- Experience coordinating international deliveries, installations or project teams.
- Experience working with architects, interior designers and specialist manufacturers.
