As the trusted technical expert for our next-generation software and endpoint security solutions, you will validate complex customer opportunities, deliver high-impact Proof of Concepts (POCs), and guide IT leaders from initial architecture to successful deployment. Main responsibilities

- Partner closely with Sales Representatives to technically qualify new software opportunities. Analyze customer IT environments and business objectives to validate that our digital solutions are the ideal fit, driving a high-probability sales pipeline
- Lead the design and execution of complex Proof of Concepts. Configure software environments, establish clear success criteria with the client, and guide them through the testing phase to demonstrate both technical viability and compelling business value
- Orchestrate and deliver engaging, customized remote demonstrations of the software suite. Seamlessly adapt your narrative to the audience, shifting from deep-dive technical architecture for IT Admins to ROI-driven business outcomes for C-Level executives
- Design and facilitate comprehensive technical training sessions.



Empower customers to maximize their software investments and conduct interactive workshops for Channel Partners, ensuring they are fully equipped to position, sell, and support the portfolio effectively
- Act as the primary technical authority for critical issues during the sales cycle and early deployment phases. Proactively troubleshoot technical blockers and collaborate closely with Engineering and Level 3 Support to resolve complex challenges and safeguard customer trust

Core skills/experience

- Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in Technical Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, or a similar customer-facing technical role
- Strong understanding of SaaS models and Endpoint Management, such as MS Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, and Cybersecurity fundamentals
- Familiarity with Windows OS architecture and telemetry data is essential
- Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation abilities. You are comfortable commanding a virtual room and explaining complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders
- Problem Solving: A proactive, analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues under pressure and navigate ambiguity

Nice to Have´s:

- Experience with scripting languages, such as PowerShell for automation and device management
- Industry certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate or ITIL Foundation
