Are you motivated by leading security operations in high-critical environments?As Site Security Manager, located in Madrid and reporting to the Campus Security Manager, your mission will be to ensure the delivery of safe, secure, and compliant day-to-day physical security operations within a critical infrastructure site. You will lead on-site security teams, maintain operational standards, and ensure full coverage in a 24/7 environment, supporting client expectations and operational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities Operations

- Manage day-to-day physical security operations at the assigned critical infrastructure site.
- Lead, supervise, and support on-site security personnel, including control room staff, responders, and administrative officers.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels to maintain 24/7 operational coverage and continuity.
- Oversee the effective use and maintenance of security systems, including CCTV, access control, and incident management tools.
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.

Resource Management

- Support recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training of security personnel in coordination with local teams.
- Coach and develop team members, setting clear expectations and managing performance in line with company policies.
- Regulatory Compliance and Management Systems
- Ensure compliance with all security policies,



procedures, and standard operating guidelines.
- Support audits, inspections, and compliance activities, always ensuring readiness.

Control and Monitoring

- Monitor site performance and key performance indicators, identifying risks, gaps, and areas for improvement.
- Continuous Improvement and Innovation
- Drive corrective actions and continuous operational improvements.

Client Relationship Management

- Build and maintain effective relationships with client representatives and internal stakeholders.

Interdepartmental Coordination

- Communicate clearly and professionally, escalating incidents, risks, and operational issues as required.

Documentation Management and Administration

- Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports in line with operational and audit requirements.

Other Cross-Functional Duties / General Support

- Provide support and leadership coverage to other sites within the campus or region as needed.
- Perform additional duties as required based on business needs.
