* Prospect, engage, travel, and pitch the Dispatch tool to SME taxi companies in Spain
* Guide entrepreneurs, fleet owners, and senior dispatchers through operational change
* Gather partner feedback about the software and collaborate with Product and Strategy teams to co-build the solution
* Support local operations in the respective markets
* Own new client onboarding end to end
* Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure successful launches
* Maintain and nurture relationships with existing partners after onboarding
* Ensure continued partner satisfaction and smooth day-to-day operations Требования




* 3–5 Years of professional experience in B2B business development, sales, or account management
* Proven track record of managing a B2B pipeline and handling objections
* Strong communication skills and ability to build trust and long-term relationships
* Ability to understand partner business operations at a process level
* Ability to guide new partners through the change process and support software and workflow adoption
* Willingness to spend up to 40–50% of working time traveling to meet partners
* Fluency in English and Spanish
* Nice to have: experience in mobility, logistics, or selling SaaS solutions to SMEs Условия
