We are hiring a German-speaking EMEA Renewals Representative specializing in Cloud Security. You will oversee license renewals and security suite expansions across EMEA accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute cloud security license renewal strategies for DACH/EMEA clients.
- Partner with Customer Success and Sales teams to prevent churn and drive upsell.
- Negotiate contract terms pricing and multi-year renewals.
- Track renewal pipelines and forecast metrics accurately.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German and English.
- Experience in software renewals contract management or SaaS sales.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity or cloud platform licensing models.
- Strong negotiation and organizational skills.
