Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Technical Writer located in Madrid Spain. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of product technology marketing and customer experience helping deliver content that enables successful product adoption and business growth.

What You Will Do

- Create maintain and continuously improve technical documentation and product content that supports customer adoption sales enablement product launches and regulatory compliance.
- Develop edit and maintain a wide range of content including technical documentation user guides FAQs release notes training materials and sales support documentation.
- Translate complex product technical and commercial information into clear structured and audience-appropriate content for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers Product Marketing Engineering Technical Subject Matter Experts Sales Marketing Training Localization and Digital teams to gather requirements validate content accuracy and address documentation gaps.
- Ensure all documentation adheres to established terminology brand guidelines content standards formatting requirements accessibility principles and regulatory guidelines.
- Manage and maintain documentation repositories content libraries templates terminology databases reusable content modules and version-controlled source files.
- Prepare and publish content across multiple platforms including Content Management Systems (CMS) Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems Product Information Management (PIM) systems training environments and sales enablement tools.
- Drive continuous improvement of documentation processes content quality and user experience.

What We Require

- Minimum 3 (preferably 5)



years experience in as a Technical Writer Content Developer Documentation Specialist or similar role.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification in Technical Communication Communications Engineering Product Management Marketing Languages Documentation Information Design or related field preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for simplifying complex information.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration abilities.
- A proactive approach to improving documentation quality and processes.
- Strong attention to detail organizational skills and commitment to documentation quality.
- Experience working with documentation authoring tools CMS platforms and version control systems.
