Carrots Lab in Barcelona seeks a Senior User Acquisition Manager to own performance across Google and Meta Ads, and to expand into ASA/ASO and organic Tik Tok. You will engineer conversion signals with the data team and drive a repeatable, capital-efficient acquisition engine. You will partner with the data team to optimize events, build Looker dashboards, and pilot channel expansion including ASO and Tik Tok activities.
