You will be a key member of the Technical Design Leadership Team, driving performance, cost competitiveness, and supplier strategy for magnetic components used in industrial UPS, rectifiers, and energy applications.

Main ResponsibilitiesLead transformer & magnetic design strategyDefine and optimize transformer architecture across applications (UPS, rectifiers, hydrogen, etc.). Balance performance, footprint, efficiency, harmonics, and cost.
Drive design optimization & competitivenessOptimize transformer selection.
Ensure strong ROI through design-to-cost and sourcing levers.
Technical leadershipAct as internal reference for magnetic design (LV/MV transformers, chokes). Qualifications and RequirementsBachelor Degree in Electrical, Electronic Engineering ideally.7+ years of experience in electromagnetic design, insulation systems, thermal behavior, harmonics.
