The Role We're hiring a Product Manager, AI to own how AI shows up across RemotePass, from early experiments to production features used by customers running global payroll, compliance, and payments. It's making AI useful in messy, high-stakes workflows where a wrong answer can mean a missed payroll or a compliance breach.
Work out where AI genuinely removes friction, where humans should stay in control, and where AI shouldn't exist at allMake complex data usable. Shape how customers interact with payroll, compliance, and payments data through AITurn real problems into product. Go deep on user problems across payroll, compliance, and operations. Make the calls between speed, accuracy, and trust in AI-driven workflowsShip, test, and scale. Work closely with engineering to ship and iterate quickly, taking features from early stage to usable to scalableRequirements 5+ years in product management,



with a track record of shipping products in ambiguous, fast-moving environmentsExperience building AI
- or data-heavy products.
