MissionThe Accounting Manager will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity and compliance of the company's accounting operations while supporting business growth through robust financial processes and insightful reporting. ¿As a key member of the Finance team, this role goes beyond traditional accounting. The Accounting Manager will work closely with international stakeholders, business leaders and external partners to provide reliable financial information that supports decision-making in a fast-growing, global and brand-driven company.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial ControlOversee the full accounting cycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international accounting standards.
Monitor balance sheet reconciliations and maintain strong internal controls.
Guarantee compliance with tax, statutory and regulatory requirements.
International OperationsCoordinate accounting activities across multiple legal entities and international markets.
Partner with external auditors, tax advisors and local accounting providers.
Ensure consistency of accounting policies and procedures across the organization.
Business PartnershipCollaborate with Finance and business teams to provide accurate financial data and support decision-making.
Analyze accounting impacts of commercial, operational and strategic initiatives.
Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.




Process Improvement & DigitalizationIdentify opportunities to streamline and automate accounting processes.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the Finance function.
Support ERP enhancements and finance digitalization projects.
Establish and monitor accounting KPIs and reporting standards.
Team LeadershipLead, coach and develop the accounting team.
Ensure knowledge sharing and best practices across the Finance department.
Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration.
Minimum 7 years of progressive accounting experience, including team management responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting and tax compliance.
Experience managing audits and external financial relationships.
Advanced Excel and ERP knowledge (Business Central, SAP, Oracle or similar). Fluent English (C1 level or above). Spanish required.
