You will train teams, manage the deal pipeline, and support marketing and business plans to enable growth.
You'll act as a bridge between vendor insights and sales execution, shaping how products and promotions reach customers.

Own and maintain an accurate deal pipeline in Compass CRM
Provide weekly sell-out and promotional activity reporting to the vendor
Support execution of business and marketing plans as required




Identify and address training opportunities for customers and internal teams
Escalate customer care issues from the sales floor
Develop and maintain web tools (InTouch, LOL, vendor microsites, online configurators)
Communicate product info, pricing, promotions to customers and internal teams
Run call-out days on sales floor/Business Unit teams
Promote and sell TD SYNNEX e-business services on the floor and with units
Interact with customers as required by role requirements
