We'll give you all the training, cutting-edge technologies, and the continuing support you'll need to succeed.What you will do in this roleMainly handle inbound activity (calls, emails, chat, tasks) of customer post sales requestsFast and effective reply to inbound queriesMake outbound calls when necessary to solve issues with customers and different internal business unitsCreate quote and follow up with cross selling / up selling and a proactive and service attitudeEnsuring personal knowledge of the Store portfolio and Post sales process ?s are maintainedInitiate & manage Customer post sales related tasks; covering order cancellations, claims management, order and delivery follow up, refund requests and escalations using multiple tools, such as CRM & Order Status Suite with a high quality,



efficient and customer centric approach.Your qualificationsAre bilingual or proficient in Dutch and fluent in EnglishHave minimum of 1 year relevant experienceHave strong communication skillsKnowledge of sales techniques (up-/cross-selling, objection handling, etc)Are customer driven and motivation to work in salesAre achievement and target orientedHave IT knowledge and technical understandingHave strong personal interest & curiosity in IT products and applicationsHave Real capability to listen to customersCan conduct effective qualification skills to ensure a comprehensive understanding of customer needsHave Exceptional customer facing and customer care skillsDon't meet every requirement?
