OverviewIn this Senior VP role, you will lead the structuring and execution of general trade receivables securitizations within Santander CIB.
You'll drive origination across countries, tailor securitization structures to diversify portfolios, and coordinate risk, legal, brokers, and insurers through the deal lifecycle.
You'll also syndicate assets to buy-side investors and contribute to new product development.

Support risk department approvals; negotiate legal documentation with stakeholders; engage brokers and insurers

Requisitos principales6+ years in trade receivables portfolio analysis and securitization with an investment banking background
Knowledge of other trade finance products (Payables/ ECA/ Documentary Trade/ Inventory) is desirable
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (cash flow modeling, data analysis)
Familiarity with IFRS/US GAAP accounting standards; securitization documentation
Knowledge of EU banking regulation and capital models related to securitization exposures
Credit risk evaluation techniques for corporates and securitizations
Proactivity and strong business origination skills
English required; Spanish and a third language valued
