OverviewIn this role you drive growth for Nutanix in a mixed New Logo and existing account landscape across DACH.
You will ramp via Sales Academy and collaborate with field, channels, and marketing to own an account plan and hit quota.
You'll manage a full sales cycle with a focus on rapid, high-quality engagement and pipeline development.
The position offers growth into Field, Channel, or Customer Success paths within a dynamic, customer-centric cloud company.

ResponsabilidadesOwn and grow your assigned territory to achieve quota
Create and execute a territory plan with field sellers, channels, and distributors
Build and execute a Business Account plan for New Logo and Existing customers
Maintain renewals and retention with the renewals team
Maintain high daily activity:



prospecting, meetings, calls, and closing
Ensure strong CRM hygiene and accurate weekly forecast
Qualify opportunities, present Nutanix solutions, handle objections, negotiate and close over phone/Zoom
Build a pipeline at least 8x the assigned quota
Requisitos principales3–5 years in high-tech software sales
Experience managing full sales cycle from prospecting to close
Fluency in English and German
Excellent communication and closing skills in inside sales
Knowledge of datacenter technologies (virtualization, storage, servers, cloud, networking)
Experience working with Channel partners
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
