Analyse trading, client and market data to identify business opportunities and drive performance improvements
Drive innovation in digital client services, APIs and automated trading capabilities
Manage and enhance eTrading platforms and workflows to improve client service quality,

Requisitos principalesExperience in Financial Markets and Derivatives Products (required)
Knowledge of Commodity Markets (preferred)
Master's degree in STEM or related discipline
English proficiency; Spanish preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Understanding of financial markets, quantitative finance, derivatives, and electronic trading workflows
Programming and data analysis experience
Interest in Machine Learning and AI applied to financial markets
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
