About the Role
As a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Advisor, you'll help customers with questions about mobile services, broadband, television and other home products.
You'll be the point of contact for customers who need assistance, helping them find solutions while creating a positive customer experience.
The role also includes identifying opportunities to recommend relevant additional products or services.




Your daily responsibilities will include:Supporting customers by phone in DutchAssisting with mobile, broadband and TV-related enquiriesTroubleshooting problems and finding suitable solutionsProviding friendly, professional and customer-focused serviceIdentifying relevant upselling and cross-selling opportunitiesCollaborating with colleagues in an international teamYou'll receive paid training to help you learn the systems, products and processes needed to succeed in the role.
What We're Looking ForNative-level Dutch (C2)Good English skills (minimum B1)Strong communication and customer service skillsA commercial mindset and confidence speaking with customersComfortable using computers and learning new systemsA positive attitude and solution-oriented approachAn EU passport or the legal right to work in SpainPrevious customer service experience can be helpful, but your communication skills, attitude and willingness to learn are important too.

Both options include reimbursement for travel to Spain.
Option 1
- Relocation AllowanceReceive a €750 compensation allowance, paid together with your second monthly salary, plus reimbursement for your travel to Spain.
Option 2
- Company AccommodationReceive one month of company accommodation, plus reimbursement for your travel to Spain.
Please note that company accommodation is subject to room availability, which will be checked during the interview process.
Local candidates are prioritised for these positions, and relocation support is intended for eligible candidates.
