OverviewIn this role you drive local sales plans in Vigo and Mangualde, building strong relationships with customers and distributors while managing the CRM ACE and pricing actions.
You'll coordinate with cross?functional teams to resolve requests, support line trials, and deliver defined KPIs, all while aligning sales activities with sustainability goals.
You'll use data analytics to improve performance and contribute to Henkel's automotive segments, helping to grow existing accounts and win new ones.

ResponsabilidadesExecute local sales plans aligned with SBU strategy to grow existing and acquire new customers
Manage customer roadmap and CRM ACE to track growth opportunities
Implement pricing actions and monitor competitor pricing/positioning
Build and maintain relationships with customers and distributors
Provide input to Manager on customer needs, trends,



and competitive landscape
Coordinate with TCS for line trials and to resolve customer requests/complaints
Achieve defined KPIs (OSG and PC %) in territory/account
Ensure sales strategies align with sustainability goals
Leverage CRM tools, data analytics, and automation to improve sales performance
Requisitos principalesUniversity degree in Engineering (preferably Chemical Engineering)
3–5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
Fluency in Spanish and English; French and Portuguese are advantages
Strong technical communication and presentation skills
Excellent relationship-building, sales and negotiation skills
Strong problem-solving and customer-oriented collaboration across teams
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with databases
Valid Category B driving licence
