ResponsabilidadesDefine and execute the regional HR strategy across EMEA & Americas to align with business objectives
Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership on organizational, people, and change management matters
Lead organizational design initiatives including structures, governance, job architecture, and workforce planning
Drive HR transformation projects focused on scalability, process harmonization, and operational excellence
Oversee talent acquisition for senior and critical roles across the region
Lead talent management, leadership development, succession planning,



and employee development programs
Manage performance management processes to support a high-performance culture
Oversee compensation and benefits strategies, including benchmarking and annual cycles
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and manage complex employee relations across multiple countries
Leverage HR analytics, systems, and data-driven insights to support business decisions and improve organizational effectiveness
Requisitos principales15+ years of HR leadership experience in multinational environments
Proven experience leading regional HR teams across multiple countries
Experience supporting large commercial and sales-driven organizations
Strong background in organizational transformation and change management
