ResponsabilidadesDeliver civil works and infrastructure projects from initial technical management through site execution and completion
Design facilities and office spaces tailored to operational needs with space optimization
Manage site constructions, procedures follow-up, and technical activities to guarantee quality compliance




Apply ESG concepts and sustainability principles across building designs and facility management
Ensure strict financial control including CapEx/OpEx tracking and Risk & Opportunity management

Requisitos principalesEngineering or Architecture degree with Master Habilitante
Minimum 5 years experience in building & construction/infrastructure projects (10+ years preferred) as field engineer or technical project manager
Strong building background with project/planning management, quality assurance, procedure follow-up, and administration/license management
Advanced English (negotiation level)
Excellent communication and leadership, team management, customer focus, and continuous improvement
Nice to have: experience managing construction projects in the industrial sector
