OverviewIn this role you will build, deploy and support enterprise cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure as part of the Digital Technology Service Quality team.
You'll own deployments from provisioning to day-two operations, ensuring secure, scalable, and resilient infrastructure for business-critical applications.
You will work within a collaborative, mission-driven environment focused on digital transformation and proactive, observable operations.
Your work directly supports Sanofi's pursuit of science-driven health solutions and patient impact.
ResponsabilidadesDeploy and operate enterprise infrastructure across AWS and Azure (landing zones, VNETs, compute, containers, databases, storage, PaaS)
Automate deployments using Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, ARM/Bicep) and configuration management (Ansible, Puppet)
Own incident and problem management (L2/L3), drive MTTR down, contribute to Root Cause Analysis
Manage changes with CAB participation, risk assessment and rollback procedures




Build observability (Datadog, Splunk), define alerts and dashboards for infrastructure health
Champion security and compliance (hardening, least-privilege, patching, vulnerability remediation SLAs)
Requisitos principalesExtensive hands-on experience deploying and supporting enterprise infrastructure in large-scale, general, multi-vendor environments
Cloud proficiency in AWS or Azure; Docker and Kubernetes experience
Automation tooling: Terraform (preferred), Ansible or equivalent; scripting in PowerShell, Python, or Bash
CI/CD experience: Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
ITSM & observability: ServiceNow; Datadog and Splunk familiarity; strong ITIL/ITSM knowledge
